I wanted to repair an incense burn and some tattered edges where cats had damaged the carpet in a room so that I could start showing it to prospective renters. I tried to patch the damage myself and it was not as easy as the DIY videos made it seem. Tony scheduled to come out right away when I called him and he was very personable. When I decided I wanted to replace the whole carpet he accommodated me that day; he even offered to help me move furniture. All in all, I had a brand new carpet within hours!
